That's one thing I funny here. Hardin/Josh is telling the judge that LFJ is operating on bad-faith and is only using copyright law to try to attack KF, which is true; that LF doesn't actually care about his copyright images being violated. But Hardin/Josh are acting like they are good boys who dindu nuffin. Their bad-faith dichotomy is pretty apparent if you step away from the strict legal documents they hand to the judge. Act prim, proper, and professional for the judge. And then on your own website and podcast, which are visible to all, you put up banners depicting LFJ as a demonic, undead, gray-skinned zombie with glowing red eyes and sharp teeth, with hands outstretched to seize and destroy the Kiwi bird avatar logo of the site. LFJ is very litigious, and if he believed he could win a defamation suit in the US, he would have tried a long time ago.
