i think Josh will just win just based on the odds, combined with the "lolcow modifier" like everyone here assumes he'll lose, so therefore he has to win.

i'm sure Josh has enough experience now that him and his lawyer judge shopped like motherfuckers. they probably filed a lawsuit in a place where every judge has experience being attacked by trannies or something insane like that.

The problem is that even if he wins this case, there's going to be another and another and another until the troons get what they want. There's blood in the water thanks to the fecklessness of Trump's presidency, that's why Jones feels confident enough to return and try another attempt at taking out Kiwi Farms. Keep in mind that Null's donations, as big as they are now, only got to that point due to a mixture of Jones doing his lawsuit, making people realize that they'll be next when Null falls and Null telling his users they needed to donate now or he was shutting KF down. Notice that none of his mods are publicly backing him up on this.
