I see two possible routes in the case Null does not get a sympathetic ruling. He’s either going to shut down the website to prevent an influx of DMCAs from other vexatious litigants who will see this as a prime opportunity to get their material taken down, or he will rat out whoever he thinks he needs to rat out in order to get the court off his back, which will scare off people from joining even more and scare off older users from remaining active on the website out of fear that their anonymity can be that easily revoked.

Don’t get me wrong, I hate both sides. But I hate Josh more and I think getting ass-raped in court is a fitting ending for him.

LFJ does have credible allegations against him. The archived tweets are on his thread, and LFJ's consent accident tweet made him look so guilty that he deleted it. If calling him a rapist was so inherently defamatory, why did he have to sue someone tangentially linked to Josh in Australia, a jurisdiction where it is very easy to win a defamation suit. LFJ is very litigious, and if he believed he could win a defamation suit in the US, he would have tried a long time ago. LFJ is not shy to that either, since he legally compelled Kiwi Farms user Kevin Crawley to write a KF post admitting he lied about working alongside LFJ (lest Kevin get sued for defamation, since his allegations were a lot less legally defensible than the consent accident rape meme). This is why LFJ is trying to use the DMCA against Kiwi Farms, because I guarantee his lawyers explained to him that it is by far his best option compared to a very risky defamation suit. And it would go both ways, since while judges do not like the tranny suicide harassment forum, I bet they would rather not hear the endless discussion of freaky gay BDSM sex shit necessary to prove that calling LFJ a rapist is defamation either.

None of that is relevant in this case. Even Greer's successful case against Josh does not rely on the thread being deemed harassment, it is because Josh was a retard and ignored what was at best a fair use edge case and he got put in front of unsympathetic courts. He is likely to find the same here, but neither LFJ's lawyers nor Hardin are bringing up the content.

LFJ getting everyone's IPs and emails is never going to happen. His lawyers explained the law which says LFJ gets 150K for every picture deemed willfully infringing, which is 3, so he wins 450K from Josh. At no point does the userbase or how many people posted in the thread come into it, except maybe the 3 posters who posted those pictures.

That point does makes me wonder if Josh would throw those users under the bus like he has with other court cases. Personally I do not think LFJ would let him since he hates Josh more than any individual Kiwi.

Copyright issues aside, Josh's mods are too afraid to tell him that he literally IS defaming LFJ by calling him a "credibly accused rapist." This claim is so defamatory that Josh's friend Vincent couldn't beat the charges in court. The original allegations LFJ responded too is unknown, the woman deleted her post/account, and "consent accidents" are actually a thing that happens in the BDSM community.
