I just read some of their replies to the FOIA documents and it's telling how not a single one of them is willing to reflect on the fact that they put out this conspiracy theory for years that Byuu was 蒸発 and had faked his death just to enable journalists to go after KF. In fact, if you read Null's post where he shared the FOIA documents, Null seems to double down on this conspiracy theory claiming that there is still an escape clause here for Null to claim that it was all an elaborate plot to enable a hit job by journalists. Null writes that "It contains volumes of information and what appears to be Japanese autopsy reports. The problem is I don't have any way to confirm it.". So Null claims the autopsy reports in the FOIA are fake? Yeah, he just wants to have an escape clause for spreading a conspiracy theory.
Same here, I too had never heard of this before and had to Google it. It's very telling to me that Null is part of a milieu where people casually drop these terms and everyone in his circle is so pornsick that they know exactly what this is referring to.

It's a combination of multiple factors. Basically, how much Null has earned from KF on a month by month basis versus how much he has spent on the site, if there is discernible growth overtime, if there is advertising on the site, hype/if it's a known and respected brand, how much the digital assets are worth, how much the hardware assets are worth, etc. Null says he won't sell KF unless someone gives him 10 million dollars for it, but that's a little bit, let's say, overinflated.

I don't have much to say on the matter besides what I've previously stated on a separate thread regarding Josh's wavering "principle" about not associating with pedophiles and people who associate with pedophiles.
There's not much context was to what Josh is referring so I'm confused as to the point he's making, but the either-or fallacy he commits between the false choices of either friendship with Dick Masterson or his website when he can have both is ridiculous on the face of it.
To think the guy who makes video series on "Losers, Creeps, Pedos" (Turkey Tom) finds it fit to associate with Vito and Dick means he doesn't believe either is any of said labels or he is overlooking it for clout/connections which Josh should consider in his calculus of Tom's character.
