She's on every form of welfare imagineable due to severe mental illness so I took pity on her and goes by Tink on KF. She stalks me and my gf and claimed to have sent these emails to my gf's family and my family.
I can attest to this. Jersh tried to argue fair use to me, which is affirmative defense, when I sent DMCA notifications. The funniest bit? The main issue I had was a video where the watermark was removed on purpose(despite the Farms now wanting to watermark stuff). There is no way in hell a court will find that in fair use. To top it off, he published my DMCA takedown requests which, under Greer v Moon in the 10th Circuit, is the equivalent to an admission of a Willful Violation. Fucking retard knows absolutely nothing about the law. He also said screenshots cannot be subject to DMCA when if my content is the majority of the screenshot, as they were, it can absolutely be subject to them and whether it falls under fair use or not would be a matter for the court to decide but if he was smart he would remove it rather than risk having to pay out the ass for HUNDREDS of screenshots for willful violations. When I also mentioned suing him for doxxing he said no such law exists yet he knowingly forces users to use phonebooking instead of doxxing. Not revealing where I plan to serve him but the jurisdiction does have an anti-doxxing law civilly. Dude is absolutely fucked and I plan to legally dog walk his and Hardin's asses
