ever wonder how one would sock on kiwifarms? wonder no more. here's how one can do it.

step 1, registration.
this is the trickiest part. what makes account registration hard on kiwifarms is the Google captcha kiwifarms uses.
also, if be more private if you want to sock because kiwifarms keeps your IP address for 1 month and they know who you are when socking so use VPNs or tor.

for this, either you use a VPN on kiwifarms clearnet (kiwifarms.st) or you run kiwifarms's onion service on tor (https://kiwifarmsaaf4t2h7gc3dfc5ojhmqruw2nit3uejrpiagrxeuxiyxcyd.onion)...

He also said screenshots cannot be subject to DMCA when if my content is the majority of the screenshot, as they were, it can absolutely be subject to them and whether it falls under fair use or not would be a matter for the court to decide but if he was smart he would remove it rather than risk having to pay out the ass for HUNDREDS of screenshots for willful violations. When I also mentioned suing him for doxxing he said no such law exists yet he knowingly forces users to use phonebooking instead of doxxing. Not revealing where I plan to serve him but the jurisdiction does have an anti-doxxing law civilly. Dude is absolutely fucked and I plan to legally dog walk his and Hardin's asses

You might have seen this post already, but since you plan to sue you should try to get a gag order against kiwifarms during the lawsuit. They will make a thread about the lawsuit, and might dox your lawyers. Try to get the site (as well as their telegram channels) to close down while the lawsuit is ongoing. You would also want null to avoid talking about it on his MATI podcast. Though you might also have to avoid posting about the lawsuit once the gag order is in effect.

In regards to damages, a bunch of states have laws against doxing, but even if your state doesn't you might be able to sue for harassment. Proving Malicious intent should be pretty easy. Due to that, one might be able to get a gag order to shut the site down during the lawsuit and prevent null from streaming MATI, especially since Kiwifarms has doxed people and lawyers for just sending legal notices to the site. Anyone suing the site should do this as they will probably make a thread on the lawsuit and harass your lawyers.
It'd also be incredibly funny if Null was sent a gag order.

Because of how Null and his jannies act on the site, section 230 will not protect them from liability. That article talks about various conditions in which section 230 does not apply, such as if the website is selectively promoting content. They are the ones who personally choose which lolcow threads to bring out of propspering grounds, which lolcows get their own special subforums, which posts get promoted on the frontpage, and which lolcow caricatures to feature in the background wallpaper of the site.
Section 230 also doesn't protect them if they are developing/inducing illegal acts. Null admits that he's allowed illegal and borderline illegal content on his site. Such as revenge porn, animal abuse, leaked nudes, stolen passwords, and stolen financial details. He has said he won't ban users who break the law, openly asked for nude leaks, made secret forums, and asked his users to cowtip.
This is also why kiwifarmer's comparisons to other social media are disingenuous, as sites like twitter do not do this.

I generally don't care for illegals but anybody who is all for "small government" should see multiple red flags in how ICE is doing...anything these days. Immigrants, both legal and illegal, have always had to be careful with laws especially because even if they would be found innocent in a normal court of law (judicial branch), under immigration laws (executive branch) they still can be deported without convictions. In fact, a charge alone suffices, and Trump is exploiting this to the maximum extent. Ideally, everyone even the most depraved human being, deserves a due process, but immigrants and other foreigners in reality dont always get that, and right leading Americans certainly don't care about that until their own friends and spouses get affected.

CBPs are even worse -they are essentially federal sanctioned right wing nut jobs and always had ties with Breitbart. They face essentially no consequences for harassing foreigners, and they have a carte blanche to send anyone to for-profit Bukele buttsex dungeon especially now

Josh is incapable of working in a structured, regimented organization. he can never work for any government even as a contractor because he is as punctual as Spaniards.

Also, don't forget that Marjorie Greene got swatted and KF was framed for it. Even though KF didnt do it, I seriously doubt such thing would be put aside.

Theres 2 examples that i know of where Null or the site's users retaliated in the "Take that off the god damn Internet!" subforum when receiving legal notices.
When Alyssa Mercante's lawyer sent that letter to the farms, they doxed the lawyer.

More recently, Null and the users doxxed employees of some Turkish company after recieving DMCAs from them.
