When Alyssa Mercante's lawyer sent that letter to the farms, they doxed the lawyer.

More recently, Null and the users doxxed employees of some Turkish company after recieving DMCAs from them.

Sounds like intimidation of opposing council.

I absolutely intend to get a gag order since it's a case that is built on anti-doxxing laws. That should essentially make it so that a gag order is a slam dunk and it will prevent them from having a retarded little thread which will cause EMOTIONAL DAMAGE! I will keep this post marked for future reference as Section 230 not applying will be a huge boon for me in addition to Greer v Moon in the 10th Circuit already applying in terms of copyright. Josh and Lolcow LLC are the big fish but there's nothing preventing me from pursuing each and every individual involved afterwards and I fully intend to even though I know most of them will be on welfare or so broke it will mostly just be paying my attorney. It's about sending a message and so many of them cry victim while being the ones doing the actual harassment, especially when it comes to my family and girlfriend, so let's make them the victim of a lawsuit.
