And I have more to say about the bullshit claim that an ISP explaining on Xitter that they are denying someone service for plainly violating their "no porn" rule (again, "no porn" doesn't just mean "no CP", it means no pornography whatsoever! With or without spoilers, whether it's fair use criticism or not!) is somehow "defamation".
Null said the same bullshit about starting a 75k lolsuit and suing LFJ which never happened. Since everyone has the memory of an amoeba apparently, the receipts are below. Null openly admitted, quote, "I do not have the financial means to pursue legal options.". He also admitted this to me in private BTW, when I asked him why he wouldn't sue Zayo in France. This was Null's standard answer for the whole time of #DropKiwiFarms.
Null posted at the time that if someone on KF would just give him 75k he'd finally make true on his threats to sue LFJ. The truth is that none of his listeners/users have that kind of disposable income, even if they crowdsource their pinched pennies and lunch money. You guys need to realize that Null will posts these idle legal threats whenever he's angry and powerless about something to make himself seem big and powerful.

So, no, there's not gonna be a lolsuit, because Null cannot prove that Epik were acting in bad faith when they posted those screenshots in Xitter to demonstrate that Null had violated their "no porn" rule by allowing whatever kind of porn to be posted on KF. Whether the person in the pictures was 19 at the time or not (again, how does Null know this? Where did he get that copy of their passport from?) is irrelevant, whether the pictures were meant as fair use commentary or not is irrelevant. Epik explaining themselves on Xitter is not "defamation". That's an ISP going out of their way to show everyone why they acted the way they did. Does Null really think that Epik would've shared those screenshots on Xitter for the whole world to see if they were acting in bad faith? Epik shared the screenshots because they were confident that any casual onlooker would agree with them that these violate their stated rules. Not gonna lie, I'd love to see how Null's lawyer in Vermont is gonna spin this in court.
It's just the usual bullshit threats from cranky Null, who would do better to save up his pennies to get his BFF Vincent Zhen out of the legal shit Vinnie got himself in by not showing up in court when LFJ sued him. Notice how we haven't gotten any updates whatsoever on Vincent's Appeal of the summary judgement? It's because, as Null admitted on MATI, no Australian lawyer is willing to talk to Null about appealing the default judgement. What do you think Null is gonna do with that $75k for the Epik lolsuit if he can't appeal the Australian default judgement in due time?
To conclude, Null announced on MATI that he'll be leaving Europe and returning back to the US sometime this year.

I have seen on Elaine Discord an allegation that Josh has only raised $3K and has been manually adjusting the donations bar. This is consistent with the screenshot complaints by KF users that when they donated, the bar did not move to the right. It is also consistent with logic.

As for Null's threats to sue LFJ or Caraballo, Null fucking knows that if he tries to sue any TRA out there, that TRA will probably raise millions to defend themselves against a lolsuit from Null, on account of how widely hated KF is in the trans community and how many famous, high profile and filthy rich trans people - think of PhilosophyTube, ContraPoints, Kat Blaque, all famous trans Youtube millionaires - have been profiled on the forum who would immediately chip in with their Youtube millions. Especially if it's a highly connected Harvard troon like Caraballo who is themselves a highly connected activist lawyer. Caraballo is connected to Lambda Legal and shit, he would love nothing more than to unite every single troon lawyer in the US against Null. There has to be some TERF on KF who has studied the TRA milieu and can warn Null about how effective TRAs are at fundraising. Hell, I suspect none other than Riley Graceless NoSchlong himself might argue Caraballo's defense for free if asked by Caraballo, just for the privilege of being asked to do so.

Josh believes if he considers a legal FUND a "donation" it isn't subject to refunds. Not sure how valid an argument that is since if he wanted donations he could set up a donation page. It's clearly a litigation fund. A fund that's up to his own personal discretion to use with zero transparency. Clearly such a fund may be subject refunds which is why he couldn't just blatantly say "sorry, no refunds" which is why he felt the need to write all that out.
If he loses against Epik, he probably won't continue.

During #DropKiwiFarms I myself was one of those gullible people donating 3 and 4 figures to Null right now. The other day during the MATI Livestream, someone immediately donated $10k to Null the very moment he posted the URL to the crowdfunder website on the screen. I was gonna donate 4 figures to Null during #DropKiwiFarms, not 5 figures like that MATI donor, but I can see where they're coming from. All these poor gullible people believe Null when he's telling them that he's fighting for free speech online. Fortunately Null himself proceeded to show his true nature to me, which is that of a gaslighting liar who thinks he can use and exploit people if he can get away with it, and thankfully I no longer believe anything Null says. I sincerely don't think that Null gives a fuck about free speech. I think he just likes the money, and especially the power that money gives him to threaten an ISP that he assumed was on his side. It's very telling that Null is threatening to sue an entity that until recently was on his side.
If they haven't removed the xeets since the exchange with Null then they were clearly not shitposting.

Epik apparently concluded that the screenshots they had received violate at least one (probably more) subsection of section C of their TOS. Even if those screenshots aren't CP and the person in them truly was 19 as Null claims, Epik can still argue that they were erring on the side of caution based on what they determined was in those screenshots, so there was no bad faith involved or intended on their part. Due to the nature of the screenshots they had received, Epik's abuse department must've felt moved to act immediately.
If kengle does ever end up having taken over KF...I hope he implements a delete account feature
