Null's a selfish brat lording over his dwindling userbase. That one video alone from Pewdie probably encouraged a bunch of people to learn to draw which is a good thing regardless of anyone's opinion on anime. It's an incredibly petty thing of Null to do and for basically no reason other than his own spite.

Null is angry at any man who doesn't have downs syndrome, like himself. Here is a great example of his seething jealousy of healthy men. No man can be fitter, happier or healthier than Null, Null is perfection.

Shows you he isn't even expecting to win. Plus he's still sperging out at rando users trolling him. He just got 75k plus free crypto and money orders he will never be held accountable for, why is he still mad? It's cause he knows it's over and he just wants to be the whiny martyr he's always seen himself as.
 
Well the fund has blown past 75k and is now north of 81k so the lolsuit is a go. I am actually pretty excited to see Null scrutinized by someone he can't ban and the potential subpoenaing of user info has big potential as well.

Plus with less time to spend on the site all the nuts are going to be locked up without a warden.
 
I insist he will not win his lolsuit because he cannot show deliberate malice on the part of Epik. Wanting to sue Caraballo for retweeting Epik's tweet is plainly ridiculous.

Epik can easily show that they, as an ISP that does not allow any porn at all - let alone what, at least on the face of it, seemed to Epik's abuse department like outright CP - had erred on the side of caution when they were forwarded those screenshots of very graphic pornography on KF. Caraballo can show that he had no reason to distrust Epik's tweet when he retweeted it, assuming it to be true based on the screenshots they included in their xeet of whatever they had received.

Null on MATI claimed that he that he has a copy of the passport of the person depicted in the screenshots of the porn images featured on his forum that were sent to Epik. Aside from the question of how the hell Null has obtained a copy of that person's passport (and how has he verified it's real?), 1) why would Epik believe Null when he has a history of lying and gaslighting about KF? and 2) given that Null lies, why would Epik contact him to fact-check if the porn they were sent was really CP or regular porn? They explicitly said they don't allow ANY porn at all! So regardless of the porn on KF being CP or regular porn, it was against Epik's rules as such.

All in all, I do suspect this lolsuit is just a grift, nothing more, and is meant to promote Null's new non-profit that he admitted was created just to compete with the EFF for refusing to help KF. Null has set up his own far-right EFF and he can use a big high-profile lolsuit to promote his new EFF to get more people onboard and grift even harder.

Null can yak all he wants about how the money is going directly to his lawyer, he is using this lolsuit for self-promotion. Also, many people who don't want to donate to his lawyer admitted that they are donating directly to Null himself via crypto, so he is making money personally outside of the actual fundraiser.

All I can say is, I am so glad I am no longer on KF myself or I would've surely participated in this grift bullshit myself. I am glad I am able to look at this from a distance now and see it for the fucking grift it really is. Thank you for lying to my face and showing me who you really are, Null, a lying grifter gaslighting about what's actually happening on his website. I want you to know I actually went on vacation with the money I had saved up to donate to you during #DropKiwiFarms. I wish all these xenophobic Kiwis would do as I did, go on vacation and see the world instead of donating to you so you can continue to enable their xenophobia.

BTW, if you've ever seen the troons fundraise online and the sheer amounts of money that go around those TRA fundraising circles, don't be surprised if Caraballo with his Harvard connections to all these troon legal funds like Lambda legal and shit, don't be surprised if he is able to raise tripple what Null has raised, if Null actually decides to sue him. One of the TERFs on KF should have warned Null about how generous troons are whenever one of them is fundraising to go after their enemies. The reason why I recognize a grift is because I was exposed to the TRA grift all these years.

It will never surprise me just how willing Americans are to part with their money. I am beginning to see the wisdom of that ole saying, "It's immoral to allow a sucker to keep his money".
