Extremely unlikely. There were competent actual internet companies threatening lawsuits (so way more than just random twitter trannies) who tried to force his co-location provider to provide hard drives in the past, and that was the point that they bowed out and started demanding court orders before taking further action. No chance some online mob is going to force his backups baleeted.
He has the data, the site's offline because of whatever this personal issue is that has him out for the rest of the week. If he really gives up I fully expect the kiwifarms.net page to just redirect to a torrent of the site archive.

The problem is what comes from the ashes if it gets a new owner. The more probable outcome is that it becomes an alt-right Outer Heaven. Honestly, he needs to do the following if it comes back.

• No doxxing, it's a slippery slope and nothing good comes of it and it is such a legal issue now, especially with countries reviewing laws. It's just a good preventative measure too and the whole point is to point and laugh, you don't need to know details.
• In tandem just remove doxes now and make all parties happy, the problem is they potentially exist elsewhere but finding them is harder and more timely.
• Get rid of a bunch of threads like Happenings etc. They are just a red flag for fedposting and discussions to devolve. It also prevents Alt-Right fags from infesting the site.

If you had your location in your Twitter profile that is on the individual, reposting their Twitter profile isn't malicious by any stretch nor is it something that should be disallowed.

Effectively, that decision was made when current regulations allowed the creation of telecom monopolies around the world. It's infrastructure. People have a right to it. That means corporations are in violation when they discriminate.

If you don't believe me, go sock as a TERF for ten minutes on Twitter. They will do whatever they can to find your identity and go to your boss, anything to ruin your life for daring to disagree online.

How far does this go?

What if some anonymous lolcow accidently links their facebook? No one is allowed to mention it? Every screenshot showing the url has to be removed?

What if a lolcow films their house and even mentions it being their house? Video is not allowed to be posted?

No one is allowed to use holehe or epiois when a lolcow shows their email?

"Doxing" can be such a vague term, from posting each and every detail of a person's life, to simply finding the real name behind the alias, or even finding out in which country a lolcow lives. It's not black and white, and a blanket ban on doxing both doesn't work and is ludicruous to begin with. Just don't post or do anything illegal.

No, I seriously get that. And website owners have every right to discriminate, for any reason. That's quite a bit different than what is happening with KF, isn't it? Domain registrars are state affiliated, or state sanctioned, and telecom infrastructure is only "private" using a VERY charitable definition. This is about the layer at which infrastructure ends and private enterprise begins, and internationally, that remains HIGHLY gray. To the ultimate benefit of corporations, at the moment.
