Jersh has roughly a year to follow the new federal guidelines or else he will face the wrath of the feds.

I doubt Jersh will geoblock the USA and he may just get rid of the revenge porn being hosted there (because it would hurt Jersh's bottom line to block America as the vast majority of the visitors on Kiwi Farms are from America).

Although Jersh taking down the revenge porn may not be a popular option because that means he has to take down the stuff that made Kiwi Farms well known in the first place.

The leaked Chris-Chan nudes, the Mumkey Jones sex tape, any leaked Keffals nudes, the revenge porn that Ethan Ralph posted of his wife, and other shit like that has to be taken down as he can no longer legally host any of that on Kiwi Farms in roughly a year from now.

Jersh will have no choice but to take down over a decades worth of leaked nudes and leaked porn featuring various lolcows because otherwise this will happen to Jersh and to some of the Kiwis there should Jersh be foolish enough to continue to host said revenge porn on Kiwi Farms:

Holy shit... When I posted my ban reason here and told you guys it was transphobia, if you look back to the screenshot I shared, the actual ban says misogyny.
Until now, I didn't have any proof I was banned by Null for transphobia, I just assumed.
(For the record, I said it because the staff who went to court had a man's ass and Lidl even agreed with me.)
