I explained that he'd probably lose the Epik lawsuit, because he previously stated that users posted CP to one of his sites and he complained that Linode locked his servers for it.

I think Null got pretty upset at me, because he banned me after that (for "spam") , deleted all my other comments, and deleted my avatar.

The LLC is not active there. It expired. Some states are seen as very friendly for LLCs and Wyoming is one of those. Wyoming also has no state income tax like Florida. Registered Agents is a national organization so they will have a network of lawyers they work with. It was not North Dakota, it was South Dakota. Why South Dakota? One word ( Taxes). Soth Dakota has no state income tax. His whole LLC basically smells of tax evasion. Why else would he go LLC shopping and run across Wyoming to set this up. Have you ever noticed one other thing?
