Rumor has it Josh is into meth, because he admitted to taking ephedrine for weight loss. Ephedrine is best known as a precursor to meth. What are the odds Josh has a meth habit, and he only is buying the nicest most crystal meth he can get? While his internet activity does not show classic signs of meth use like 2 day binges, Josh does show more severe mood swings than ever like with the Turkey Tom incident.
It could be too that he is just a fat fuck and is getting Door Dash Uber Eats 4 meals a day.
