A bit of a Powerlevel, but I've had firsthand experience with type 2 diabetes previously. At my "prime", if you can even call it that, I used to eat upwards of a gallon of ice cream a day. Don't worry too much though, the milk was rBST free! Anyways, I was 400 pounds and my father signed me up for a special fat person swimming class. Something about my knees being vulnerable to damage because of the weight, but I think he was just trying to be an asshole. I've lost around 50 pounds already, but truth be told it doesn't bother me all to much (I've got a thing for fat people actually). They keep crying everyday and I can hear them in the backroom talking about me when I'm on my computer playing league of legends, but I'm not gonna bend to their demands. I'm my own person and I know what's best for me.
Anyways, that's my own perception. I think Amber is gonna have to hit the pool just like I did if she ever wants to take the weight loss seriously. TBH I don't even think she looks that bad, and I definitely wouldn't mind if it was possible to be plus sized without the health problems. I'm an active proponent of the HAES movement.
