Doesn't the suing individual have to pay back the defendant's costs in case her lawsuit is thrown away.
Sure, the schizo lady and the mountain kike may declare themselves bankrupt before repaying their debt, and procedure debt is notably hard to collect, but why is Josh talking like this is 100% lost money? I'd say they're is a decent chance he will get paid in the future at least one of the two debts, don't the montain jews own land? Doesn't the schizo lady have college education?

I dont think thats a thing. Or at least, the money recoverable is only a small fraction of litigation costs.

I don't know how civil litigation works in the US, but where I live litigants have to pay the defendant's costs when the case is dismissed.

Yes, it is a thing. If a lawsuit is discarded, they must pay the defendants cost. That's one of the basic tenants of law. Besides, I doubt these frivolous lawsuits would even make it to the courtroom. Jewsh is just making up excuses for not wanting to live in the US
