The site's reach is massive and that hack was deeply personal. It was executed with reasonable skill and likely involved more than one person. One temper tantrum from Null could have triggered another round of swattings and months of retaliation from people who know how to cause problems.
Null choosing rank hypocrisy is expected behavior at this point. But no mass banning, no public tantrum, relatively little juvenile shitting on the admin who was compromised, the only featured thread was a sensible security reminder for his own users.

Without wanting to get too esoteric, but in a management sense, joshy made a very, very big mistake not demodding AR, and for the sake of the site AR should have said thank you sir and fucked off for a few weeks. They don't seem to understand, if they want to continue the grift (ie the monetization of the Commie Farms) then they need to be seen as a well moderated site, with no funny business. joshy is already connected to enough dodgy stuff (so much so he changed his name and has trouble getting an address).
