the destiny stuff is such bullshit too. we all know that if a kiwifarms user went "yeah i'd love to fuck a 17 year old girl" null would permaban him so fucking fast and the rest of the forum would dogpile hard. hell josh accuses people that like anime or vtubers of being pedos but literally wanting to fuck women below the age of consent is a-ok with him.
outside of all those multihour videos all over youtube and then those videos being clipped and put on the rest of the internet. like kiwifarms is rather vestigial to lolcow culture, the same way redbar used to be the only person shittalking joe rogan and his podcast comedian friends back in 2019, and now every one is doing it.

@Home On the topic of a post-KF internet, one thing I might miss is their information resources.
It's sad to remember KF was actually good at one time, and I think they were to some degree instrumental in helping push back against Social Justice insanity--not the least of which by hosting docks that revealed most of the big names in the movement were lying grifters. For myself I recall I stopped taking Hbomberguy seriously when I learned about his history of being a creep and harassing women online.
As for why I'm spending time arguing with Obscenity?..... because I've been stuck home all day and there's nothing to do WEEEAAAARRRRGH! Sometimes a good slapfight is theraputic. Also I do like to practice basic logical thinking, asking "is there a good reason to believe this?"

Unless youāre an actual pedophile, those videos tend to not cause nearly as much paranoia as a KF thread does. Some YouTuber makes a video of very public drama you were involved in, half of it being hearsay, so what? A bunch of strangers on the internet documenting your every move private or public, calling you slurs, and having your address for all to see? I could see that being distressing.
They were good for pushing back against SJWās cause they pointed out the objective issues with the movement. The neurosis, the paranoia, the unreasonable guilt. They left out subjective shit like gender identity and microaggresions because they were. Well. Subjective. They even gave leftists who felt things were going too far a stand, now youāll see KF users straight up advise to cut all communication with leftists.
