Counterpoint and to say this isn't always the case: Amanda Todd and Rebecca Black. The SOPA/PIPA movement. The first had been hated too much IRL if I remember correctly, and committed suicide as a result. Just me being pedantic: this is redundant wording. "Neko" already means "cat" and "shota" already means "boy" (presumably a prepubescent one), so "neko shota catboy" is basically saying "cat boy catboy."
Reminds me of the show Ninja Warrior, which always talked about the tournament taking place on "Mount Midoriyama"... when "yama" already means "mountain." So "Mount Green Mountain."
I would rather mount my C drive.
