If the us didn't have to put troops in every country all over they world and basically act as a stand in for their own military the us could afford better healthcare but usa wants to police the world. The us government should make everyone defend themselves and pull out of everywhere but actual us territories. Also the waiting time for even canadian health insurance let alone a lot of european ones makes them have to go to the usa and pay more for faster and better service, you get what you pay for like amazon Prime or whales vs free players in a gacha game.

Not only that, they'd need to crack down on illegals or their universal healthcare would be destroyed by being taken advantage of by all of Latin America. So it's a comic about a Croatian woman encountering Null at the store buying all that cheese, making fun of Null for being too fat for an American even, commenting on his poor eating habits, but later on the internet Null pretends that the fact that the woman spoke to him at the store in a language he doesn't even understand means he's welcomed into the local community no matter who he is. It's basically making fun of Americans being so anti-social and alienated, that the mere fact of locals talking to them seems like they're being accepted by the locals, when in reality they're just being made fun of for being a walking talking American stereotype.
