i know we talk about the paypigs, but i actually do find it plausible. null admitted in chat that a lot of people literally make kiwifarm accounts for the sole purpose of paypigging.

there's no post history or anything else. beyond that are the numerous users who literally make like one post or less a month and don't follow site drama at all

if you only know of kiwifarms from MATI or wherever then yeah it makes sense to give money and support the site. there are guys with accounts so old but with gold banners that their most recent post is them confirming their account and the one before that is from 4 years ago where they defend lolicon and the one before that is them talking about being a proud indian and the one before that is them saying they know hilary will win the election.

like thats the level of aloof paypig we're dealing with

This is typical Internet Tough Guy shit.

Some A-Log or Ween will act high and mighty but the moment the law gets involved, they instantly fold like a chair and they are shown to be cowards because they don't want to end up like Andrew Anglin or Alex Jones (being broke because of hefty legal troubles). It's like in South Park where Eric Cartman acts tough but the moment Kyle punches his arm, Cartman cries like a little bitch because Cartman usually doesn't expect the people he hates to actually punch back.

You'd think Kiwi Farms would continue the tough guy act because it's a troon but I guess they will fold like a chair when the troon actually fights back.

Josh is protecting them for their own good, because they are nigger-cattle. As in, some of them actually bought into the free speech lies Josh sold them, that the site actually supports free speech for them, and that they are allowed to say whatever they want about anybody. That is just so ironic! Yeah, it's easy to point a finger at the tranny and blame him for the lawsuit but dig deeper under the surface and you realize the posters getting subpoenaed are in trouble partly from Josh. And LFJ is targeting them solely because of Josh. It's probably not really about them in particular. They're just getting caught in the crossfire as collateral damage. The target is Josh. And now others are going to suffer for Josh.

Also, I would say what Josh is doing here is the correct action. But it sure would have been nice had he saved his Kiwis BEFORE they got subpoenaed by LFJ. It's a little too late now. As Josh said on last week's podcast, they knew LFJ's glamor-pic was lawsuit-bait. And they still decided to post it to spite LFJ and walk right into his bear trap. That is supreme hubris from Josh and the KF'ers.

KF has no free speech anymore, officially confirmed.
Null will happily dox his users (officially and legally) instead of doing it on the downlow
This lawsuit is the best thing to happen to null in years, as he can ride it for sympathy money.
He wants an off-ramp from the internet highway and will use this to build up some funds to do just that.
Sanitize the farms, sell it off and live in thai-land diddling kids is null's future.

Null could have told his users to request the deletion of all account data and posts under GDPR the second this lawsuit mentioned doxing, without it being a legal demand, and saved himself a headache.
He hasn't, because he hates his user base.
You don't understand how petty and spiteful he is towards his users. He hates them with a passion and blames them for the situation he is in.

i've been doing a lot of research on his paypigs and it makes sense that he has 800 fuckers paying him but we don't see tons of gold tags everywhere because like 90% of them are people with less than 10 posts or 10 posts a year that buy into what Josh says about the site and they have no understanding of site culture.

its like how people view 4chan back in the early 2010s vs how it actually was. josh admits that plenty of people doing bankpay are MATI listeners who make an account solely to give him money and then never post or even rate posts, meaning they probably don't read the site at all

If Josh didn't hype up the site as the last place for free speech especially against trannies he wouldn't be making 200k a year. It will be funny for long time users to bait any naive ones to mention LFJ so they can get permabanned.

the two types of people that pay josh are either people who rarely use kiwifarms and are the equivalent of those people with gym memberships who never go, or they're the power users making 10k posts a year and they're pro-iran war and fedpost about trannies and indians.

No, it is the correct action FOR JOSH. Not for Kiwis and definitely not for free speech. Josh filed a lawsuit to stop a tranny from censoring Kiwi Farms, and now has gone above and beyond by locking the tranny's thread, stopping not just the allegedly infringing content but ANY AND ALL discussion and mockery of LFJ.

This cannot be emphasized enough. Josh has almost completely capitulated to LFJ. If he just deletes that funny edit of that freak, LFJ would be content with the result. Remember, he filed the lawsuit in hopes he could get a precedent going to censor his own thread and maybe even take it down entirely. And now Josh has made one giant leap in LFJ's favor by doing just that.

What's the matter, Josh? You suddenly think your userbase does not deserve the right to make fun of your own nemesis, just because they might (if they post a single stupid thing) incur the penalty of being legally doxed if you and them fail at fighting it in court?
