There is no reason for Jersh to restart his war with Liz Fong Jones.
LFJ hasn't been a threat to Kiwi Farms and Internet free speech as a whole since the days of Keffals' war with Kiwi Farms which has since ended years ago and many have since moved on.
There is no reason for Jersh to file a lolsuit now when LFJ hasn't been a credible threat to online speech for the past several years.
It's like going after Joseph Kony these days. Sure Joseph Kony is a war criminal where to this day he still has warrants out for his arrest for his crimes against humanity but he hasn't been relevant on the world stage since the early-2000's where he will most likely die alone and poor in a shack somewhere in the African savanna.
There is no reason for Jersh to put everything he has on the line and there is no reason to put his Kiwis in danger but here he is, wasting money on a lolsuit that could cost him everything and even potentially ruin some of the lives of his Kiwis because of Jersh's own ego.
