Null pays taxes on the income he receives, he just gives himself likely illegal tax breaks by making huge tax writeoffs. That is why I believe he will inevitably find himself fucked by the IRS should they ever be told by an incoming Dem administration (or Trump/GOP since Null fedposts about Vivek and other GOP Indians who Trump loves) to double check his tax returns.

Among other things. I have a feeling he is, illegally, intermingling funds between himself, his charity, and Lolcow LLC a.k.a. Kiwifarms in order to dodge taxes. He probably thinks this isn't an issue as he is in charge of all three but it's actually quite a huge deal if he gets audited. I also have a feeling nobody reliable looks over his books so a lot of the deductions he takes for things like depreciation are going to be grossly inflated. These are just simple mistakes I think he is making by accident and fucking his taxes. I don't want to even ponder the malicious things he does to dodge taxes.

That post was in reference to his check cashing scheme. The process he uses is highly sketchy and the credit union, which is a slightly different operation with a little bit different rules of oversight, would refuse to issue those types of check payments at all. I have a feeling a lot of those payments got flagged and now the banks and credit unions are investigating to make sure things are fine. They probably have reached out to people and haven't gotten a response is my guess. It won't kill the service but I can see a permanent drop in a few donations.

I do want to note. Them doing this also makes the child worse off, as they feed them to any potential predators when they are offsite onto another. An uncharitable interpretation would be that he is prowling Deviantart looking for minors. Not mingling personal and charity funds is absolute basic stuff that ought be common sense to anyone who claims to run a business or non-profit. Null knows this too, because he was deeply involved with the Trans Life Line case since the trannies who ran the place showed up at his house while he hid in the bathroom. Null knows well that the Trans Life Line founders were later kicked out of their own group for charity fraud.

Same thing too that Null is not accidentally making inflated tax write-offs. He has admitted it on stream some of what he writes off.

To throw my own hat into the Null conspiracy pile, I've been wondering if Null's "We need to care about elections again" phase was due to being offered money by someone. The IRS is famously the tool of last resort when the government wants to fuck you over but has no legal way to do so. Think of Al Capone or other mobsters. Obama used the IRS to target conservative groups over really minor shit. If someone in the GOP hates Null's anti-Indian stance or the Democrats think serving up Josh's scalp will endear them to the antifa types, then the IRS will be their tool.

During the Biden years, Biden used his position of power to use state power to censor the Internet (as revealed in the Twitter Files) and and gave money to online left-wing influencers to try to suppress right-wing thought on the Internet (this clearly failed when Trump got elected for a 2nd term in public office when Trump did away with Biden's efforts to regulate the Internet and ended the ISAID money towards state-funnded proaganda).

What has Trump's been doing so far? He's using state power to go after antifa protestors, Reddit atheist neckbeards that fedpost over Christianity, and investigating those with ties to antisemitic groups (especially if said antisemitic groups happens to be a Jihadist terrorist groups).

Can Jersh be investigated and screwed over though the IRS? Yes and it really doesn't matter what kind of president is in public office. If America gets a Democratic president tomorrow then Jersh would be bullied by the government again where a Democratic administration may put pressure on tech firms to stop hosting Kiwi Farms and may investigate Jersh for any potential ties to white supremacist groups.
