It's honestly braindead of LFJ. You're basically announcing to the world "I AM A CYBER CRIMINAL" which is on par with Nick Fuentes' "Criminals are based!".

I really don't see how any judge wouldn't look at that list of IPs being posted as anything other than malicious and would find them to be in the wrong. LFJ is lucky that we are in a really terrible period for law and order what with all the activist judges releasing career criminals back onto the streets just to keep killing white people; a judge will probably see all of this and still side against Josh.

That can all be defended easily. The IPs are public information. If you want to go after someone, go after the people DDoSing. It's the same way people defend Kiwifarms. Don't attack the website for posting public information (phone numbers, addresses, place of employment, etc.), go after the people who do illegal things with is, ie Swatting.

It's one thing to post a list of IPs. It's another thing to post said list alongside a command to harass. It's on par with the "in Minecraft" defense, which we have seen does not work.
