The anime community, particularly anime oldfags, are getting sick and tired of trannies ruining their anime.

As for the CP spam on 8chan/9chan, I heard that was led by a notorious troon.

Honestly anime was having problems long before "trannies" ruined it.

The thing about anime is, while still being animated (with all the advantages inherent to that), it could--and did--tell any kind of story. A guy accidentally intercepts a top-secret military motorcycle and discovers the world they thought was eighties Japan is actually a simulation? Anime did that. The trials and tribulations of an all-girls baseball team striving to be taken seriously? Anime did that too. A movie spinoff of a mecha series which never features the mecha at all and is instead mostly about a dream one of the main characters has as she lies comatose in the hospital with nobody sure if she'll pull through? Yup, that happened.

It feels like any time I hear about anime now though, it falls into one of three camps:

1. Waifu Shit ("Guy returns to a town and meets like five girls, all of whom want to bang him." Basically Clannad but if it had absolutely no substance)

2. The typical shonen formula--guys (or girls) with powers get into endless series of normally 1v1 fights that end up mostly involving a lot of stuff blowing up.

3. "Show that is a bland remake of a show you've seen before. Sometimes literally a remake, other times figuratively one." (Pretty Cure being basically just Sailor Moon for example).

I also really just can't stand how modern anime is drawn and animated. It always feels overdone as all hell, and somehow characters have a way of coming off as more fake and plasticy than they ever used to.

I don't think Kiwi Farms really knew Metokur in the way they thought they did.

As someone who still watches a lot of Jims streams, the common theme I see among these people is they take Jim and his content too seriously. His old Deviants series, for example, was merely him pointing and laughing at different groups of degenerates. They were never meant to be viewed as his genuine honest thoughts on what literally every furry, FNAF fan, sonic fan, etc. is like, nor some kind of infallible encyclopedia for different groups on the internet. The same goes for most of his other videos and streams like you said.

This shouldnt need to be pointed out, yet theres so many people in Jims thread who think the old version of him would laugh at himself now for not sticking to whatever shit he said years ago, shit that was never meant to be taken seriously in the first place. If my memory serves me correctly, I think in the case of Fredrick Bennan's 8chan that was a fed that tried to frame 8chan for a crime they didn't commit.

From what I remember, there was someone posting CSAM on 8chan at the time but Hotwheels and the 8chan staff traced the threat actor's IP address to an FBI building (I guess the feds failed to use Tor to hide their real world location). So the threat actor got exposed and the glowies failed in their mission to frame 8chan for a crime.

Not long after this, Rachael Maddow of MSNBC made a hit piece on her show that framed 8chan as a hive of racists and CSAM. While she's not wrong about the racist part (8chan was very racist), she lied about 8chan willingly hosting CSAM and this was clearly an attempt by the glowies to create a psyops about 8chan anyway.
