One thing I find sickening is that Moon is trying to gift himself a 6 figure income. But even more egregious, he wants to reach his target of $144,000 solely bc he has factored in taxes of being 30%. He expects $43,200 to be taxed and taken from him, which would leave him with $100,800. So he is begging for this amount solely to have a 6 figure income after taxes. Hmm, if only it was this easy in real life as a worker to just grant yourself your own salary. And he wants this salary to buy a house.

This is such baby-tier behavior. No one gets to grant themselves a salary, unless you're CEO of a successful company. KF is not that. It's a dying website with little income, not a successful business. It just has a guy collecting superchats every stream and running financial scams here and there. If you want more money, then are you providing value to the company such that you are indispensable? Do you provide 2x or 3x what you're being paid to justify getting paid more?

I hope this bank check scam fails miserably but never underestimate the retardation of people in general. Not to mention that this comes a week after he scam-begged for a brand-new computer for himself. And months before, he raised >$35,000 (?) for KF operating expenses for several years. Why can't he buy himself a new computer using this money he already scammed for? Nothing is enough for Moon. He's going to wring this grift dry until there is nothing left and all goodwill built up over the years is burned to the ground. As he admitted, he's going to ride this pony until it dies.
 
Elon Musk often does grift (like his failed Hyperloop project) but to be fair, AWS sucks ass.

Seeing the shitshow with AWS shows me one thing; it's a terrible idea to centralize the Internet under the control of a very few big companies because this creates a massive single point of failure as we've seen with AWS being taken down over technical issues.

Just another reason why the Sherman Antitrust Act needs to be enforced more because Big Tech can and often will ruin the Internet experience for everyone else.

The Kiwi Farms is losing so much money nowadays that it is literally impossible for him to earn that six-figure income. Even if he got to 600 total donors, it won't matter in the long-run when he will have to eventually pay his taxes.

And yes, he's going to milk all there's left of his dying site until the rotting pillars that hold the site up collapse.

Personally, I believe the forum's time is coming a lot sooner than you all think.

i'll play captain save a ho, if you remember patreon in the 2010s, most creators they had "goals" based on how many people signed up to paypig, so this isn't unique behavior, they didn't even have to fulfill what was promised once the goal was reached it was just something to get people on board.

even ovarit and bitchute had a "goal" in mind for monthly expenses. Null having a goal means motivation too, and more reasons for him to sperg out.

the problem is at a certain point most industries will converge because of limited resources and worst case scenario the market leader has to prop up other companies just enough to avoid getting hit with antitrust bullshit. a great example is microsoft in the 90s. cell phones is another good one, back in the 2g days you had like a dozen legit cell phone companies now the only reason we even have 3 instead of one is antitrust laws but because of how the spectrum is allocated naturally one company will end up the leader overall

i don't, SA is still around, null doesn't really have to worry about another cloudflare style fuck over too. plus if kiwifarms was more trouble than it was worth null would have crashed out about it this year "you niggers are costing me X" but he literally was able to bilk 40k from his subs along with his streaming show money and could afford a new apartment, a car, a fancy camera, imported cheese, fat people clothes, and plenty of other cool shit. Null also clearly has stopped caring about what the mods do so he could easily vanish from the site most of the week and still get paid from it a la how ED was run post-sherrod.

I don't think if Josh is gonna deal with another Cloudflare-style situation either. However, it isn't likely he will have enough money to keep the forum up in the long-run.

I can see it going into 2026, but I'm not so sure about what will happen after that.

how expensive can the forum really be? especially when he already has the server and all this other shit, like the biggest private servers for games easily get more foottraffic than kiwifarms a lot of the time and those are just someone's hobby.

Do you have some insider financial knowledge on what is really going on within the inner circle of Kiwi Farms or is this just pure speculation on your part? Because you seem pretty confident that Kiwi Farms may not even last long.

If you have any relevant information that you'd like to share to us (as long as it's perfectly legal for you to do so) then please do.

Patreon creators offering tiered rewards for support is not the same thing as asking for 600 of your audience members to give you $20/month so you can have a 6-figure salary. But I agree most of the Patreon rewards I've seen sucked ass bc they are thinly-veiled scams. As most people on Patreon are not producing any physical product or real thing. They are just making Youtube videos or something that they are going to release for free online regardless of support. And offer very little, like Discord access.

Except Josh already run a separate Gofundme for KF operating expenses to pay for several years to the tune of 35K. We're not talking about monthly expenses. It's just Josh wanting a 6-figure salary of consistent money so he can buy a house, as he admitted on his recent podcast. He's realizing he's getting away with the old scams so why not push for even more? His audience doesn't realize it yet, but Josh is trying to cash out on his audience and sell them down the river so he can fund a more lavish lifestyle, while not having to work a real job.

Josh's crying is not really representative of much. It's a false alarm that goes off all day, like a nigger smoke chirp alarm. He cries about everything like a weak soyboy raised by a single mom. He will find a way to cry whether he's doing well or poorly. As just one example, he cries about not being able to afford things in America and being poor. Next breath, he cries about having to pay taxes, which go to welfare and food stamps to feed the poor. Which proves he was going to cry either way. I also get the feeling he's doing well financially but is crying poverty to milk the audience harder, like a DSP.

My "caring" is irrelevant to whether the site is in decline or not, so it's a nonissue. Most people here treat Josh and KF as free entertainment and would observe whether it's thriving or dying. As you are in a Josh Moon thread, since you seem to have forgotten.
