Would have been a lot more feasible 20 years ago if they nipped it in the bud by charging 4chan, but they didn't and it's honestly too late now. It would be a logistical nightmare and most likely would be an expensive endeavor as every single defendant would have the CBLDF behind them.

Has anyone noticed a lot more "spam" bannings? it feels like pretty much any time i go to a thread, there's an entire page fucking missing because of them spam banning fuckers. Like the Reikieta thread, they've spam banned so many people you have people celebrating the 10000 page on page 9996. like every page now feels like at least one post is removed because of some bullshit here or there. its fucking annoying and telling of how insane the mods have become, especially null

I've never heard this. I do recall someone Blockland claiming he described visceral pedophilic fantasies to them. It's probably in the main Blockland thread.
