I'm fairly certain that's not how it works, Josh. If the FBI said to remove CSAM from your website, you're removing that content. No matter if you're hosted in West Virginia, Florida, DC, or some backwater in the Ukraine. Or they're seizing your website. Yes, the FBI and Pixie's lawyers are not the same level of authority so maybe my analogy is not a perfect 1:1 but you get my point. A lawyer and your website don't need to both be in the same location for them to do something to you. Your hosting location of your website has basically nothing to do with anything.

The only thing I'm aware of is Randbot2020 had a comedy bit with Josh, where Rand would alog him by sending him this clip, reminding Josh that he has a broken penis or a botched circumcision or whatever the hell is wrong with his pp. Rand and Josh despise each other. Kraut doxed CRP, then gave the information to Sargon and another person, who passed it on to Kingofpol, which Kingofpol used to write CRP's thread on the farms. He tried to set another skeptic named Zeph the cuck as the fall guy when people found out about it, and that whole thing blew right up in his face when Zeph revealed Discord recordings and screenshots of Kraut admitting it was he who doxed CRP. Then there are also the discord stuff like the Target List, Tilly Law, and operation Red Mince or something that I could get into but I have to refresh my memory since this is ancient shit.

He has to under the Take It Down Act that was passed this year and signed into law. He had to remove ALL revenge porn, as it is now illegal. Same thing with AI deepfakes if he had any on the site.

It doesn't matter where Kraut got the CRP information. He and his Discord buddies compiled information on Coach beyond his real name on the basis of malicious intent (textbook definition of doxing). In this case, Kraut was trying to get Sargon to cover the CRP stuff because CRP said Kraut is faking his accent.

Old accounts and his history of scamming, that's not public knowledge until Kingofpol put the information that Kraut and his Discord buddies compiled on the farms. You can argue he's doing the Lord's work by exposing CoachScamPill, but it still doesn't change the fact that Kraut compiled all the information together because he wanted to get back at Coach for calling him faking his accent.

for this, either you use a VPN on kiwifarms clearnet (kiwifarms.st) or you run kiwifarms's onion service on tor (https://kiwifarmsaaf4t2h7gc3dfc5ojhmqruw2nit3uejrpiagrxeuxiyxcyd.onion)...

To top it off, he published my DMCA takedown requests which, under Greer v Moon in the 10th Circuit, is the equivalent to an admission of a Willful Violation. Fucking retard knows absolutely nothing about the law. He also said screenshots cannot be subject to DMCA when if my content is the majority of the screenshot, as they were, it can absolutely be subject to them and whether it falls under fair use or not would be a matter for the court to decide but if he was smart he would remove it rather than risk having to pay out the ass for HUNDREDS of screenshots for willful violations. When I also mentioned suing him for doxxing he said no such law exists yet he knowingly forces users to use phonebooking instead of doxxing. Not revealing where I plan to serve him but the jurisdiction does have an anti-doxxing law civilly. Dude is absolutely fucked and I plan to legally dog walk his and Hardin's asses
