Yes. Josh's entire worldview has always boiled down to "BROWN PEOPLE (and most heterosexual white men) BAD!"
For anybody who still has sympathy for Josh getting "debanked" (i.e. had his account suspended since doxing and encouraging SWATings and mass shootings violates every TOS ever), remember that Josh is only mad because he's the one getting "debanked". Josh is happy when people he doesn't like get banned from payment processers and banks (For example, most sex workers and porn sites, Laura Loomer, Nick Fuentes, Dick Masterson, Ethan Ralph, Candace Owens, the Tate Brothers, Gab, Poast, the Trans DIY site, lolicon/shotacon sites, furry sites, etc...), yet seethes uncontrollably when it happens to him. Any claim by Josh or ISPS that they "oppose debanking" only applies to Josh himself, Kiwi Farms, and the dozen or so sites that Josh politically aligns with and hasn't burned bridges with during one of his constant meltdowns.

I know some services have banned him and he is on some kind of VISA/Mastercard blacklist but he is not entirely blocked from making money. It's kind of like when he was banned on X. He's just mad that Liz Fong Jones or Zoom or whomever he was feuding with at the time, is going around and fucking him up financially. And these problems are following him around. Some services have banned him. Others haven't. Where is this sympathy when he is banning people on his site? He doesn't care. The funny thing is that even those controversial online communities you just listed still manage to monetize their content and and their communities more (often actually being profitable) than what Jersh does.
Yes, debanking is a serious issue that more people should talk about as it's often in conflict with the principles of free speech (I'm against debanking) but I said it before and I'll say it again, Jersh isn't the one that is going to lead the charge against debanking because he's a fat retard that is hard to work with and he has burned far too many bridges for him to actually do something about it.
Funny thing is that there is already a bill submitted in Congress that if passed into law then that will make Revenge Porn a federal offense (sponsored by Trump's wife) so if that becomes law then Jersh will be forced to take down the revenge porn featuring various lolcows posted on Kiwi Farms to avoid prison time (and most likely the Supreme Court may rule such a law as constitutional because they've established the Miller test much like how the Supreme Court upheld the Tiktok ban law due to national security reasons). So I think if that becomes law then Jersh will become further sick with a terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome where he may no longer be able to legally host the revenge porn of lolcows featured on Kiwi Farms anymore.
Furthermore, so far the accusations against Andrew Tate are just that, accusations. Yes there's plenty of legitimate and objective criticisms against the Tate brothers (I have my reasons to not like the Tate brothers) but I'll wait when there is finally a court hearing for the Tate brothers on whether or not they are guilty of the crimes they are being accused of. LFJ will obviously use add this letter to his arsenal. It is not more or less convincing than the default judgement that Kiwifarms is defamatory. Only a fool would be convinced by Josh's spin that this is some great victory that helps Kiwifarms. Vincent Zhen's apology letter admitting to aiding and abetting the defamation of Kiwifarms is actually more convincing of defamation than a default judgement because Vincent admits fault.
At the end, Josh concedes LFJ won.

I think Jersh is panicking because of what may result from this.
This isn't just some random IRL Hollywood celebrity or an Internet personality being doxed, this is involving the American federal government where members of DOGE are being doxed (you don't fuck with feds and you don't fuck with the allies of the feds).
So to Jersh's credit, he was wise enough to tell his own userbase not too long ago to use more friendly-sounding euphemisms when referring to the act of doxing because he is monitoring current tech-related legislation where he acknowledges that some states in America have since made doxing a crime. While there are no federal laws that addresses doxing in of itself, that may change very soon in the aftermath of what happened to DOGE (please note that Elon Musk has put it on record that he doesn't consider doxing as free speech sometime after he bought out Twitter).
There's probably going to be proposed legalization being passed into law and potentially some executive orders being signed that addresses stuff like this, which will open up the floodgates for the American federal government to finally start addressing online privacy and doxing in general.
This is what Jersh fears and it looks like one of Jersh's greatest fears may finally come true very soon.

Honestly, we joke that he's trooning out but it would explain a number of things. Why he's so mercurial, bitchy, moody, and gay. Why he roleplays as a male feminist. Why he wants to be a "skinny queen." Why he's fat 'cause HRT is helping keep him fat. Why he has no recent pictures and is scared to show himself. It's kind of a simple, elegant solution to a number of quirks about him. Occam's Razor.
Kiwi Farms is basically a doxing, stalking, and gossip lolcow website. Doxing is in its foundations. It's at the site's core. So if the government makes it illegal or a federal crime, he is now immediately in big trouble. I'm also not sure that using doxing euphemisms would be enough to spare the Farms from scrutiny. Doxing is still the same act, whether you rename it something else to look more optical. Just like "murder" is still the act of killing someone else, whether I call it "un-aliving" or "life-liberating" or whatever euphemism I come up with. It's quite silly to think you can get a "get-out-of-jail-free" card by naming it something else. It's just superficial trickery. Also notice that Moon did not lay out the rule of "no more doxing" 'cause doxing is essential to the Kiwi Farms.
