Jersh is only doing this for the optics, he doesn't want Destiny to screw him over if he continues to allow this nonsense to further plague the Destiny thread.

Jersh had no problem with this until he was faced with the possibility of Destiny screwing him and Kiwi Farms over civil damages where the Kiwis justify Destiny being molested as a child.

Jersh doesn't care that Destiny was a victim of child sexual abuse (he doesn't really care if the Kiwis A-Log lolcows so long as it doesn't affects him), he only cares about his bottom line and Jersh only cares about this now because it's horrible optics for him to do nothing.
 
Josh claims to have been left in the dark in regards to Vincent Zhen's decision to settle the defamation lawsuit with Liz-Fong Jones, which Josh funded with his Lolcow Litigation Fund in hopes of overturning the decision on full.

Instead, he spent "a lot" of it to help Vincent Zhen set aside the 445k AUD default judgment for defamation in Australia.

Remember when I said overturning wouldn't do him any favors/work out for him, well all that seems to be right because as always, Josh never wins, and if he does, it's only been given to him, like I said, but regardless he lost here.

I googled the judge and she seems to be quite the feminist, it's such a pity she didn't take into account Joshuas recent efforts in the field of masculine feminism when she made the ruling.

Is Kiwi Farms not aware that most award shows often pull off controversial stunts on purpose?

Why didn't they gave Leonardo DiCaprio an Oscar until 2016? Because the Academy Awards were aware of the meme of Leonardo DiCaprio not getting an Oscar despite his impressive performances in various movies so they kept the meme running for what it was worth until they day finally came that he finally won an Oscar. It's to get people to talk about these award shows.


Most award shows are bullshit, they're more fake than reality TV. I don't know why Jersh or Kiwi Farms waste their breath on astroturfed nonsense. Everyone knows award shows are fake and to think otherwise then they're either living under a rock or they're too retarded to know better.
