Lol something offended him in the Kick chat so Josh hastily asked for a mod now he's starting an angry rant by exxclaiming "WHY AM I SO LOGICAL?"

Wow at one point Josh says on the stream that he thinks it would be positive if Mr. Beast sued him and that it would be "a great way to inflate the legal fund and get more eyes on the forum".

Honestly I am really baffed that the Greer lawsuit is still going on. It should have been dismissed or ruled in favor of Josh because as far as I know, almost everything in Greer thread are facts, many of which came from Greer's own social media, so there is nothing to base the defamation on. Harassment is even more unlikely since Greer has plenty of trolls outside KF, right?
 
Josh's objection to Greer's extension was denied.
Before the court is Defendants Joshua Moon and Kiwi Farmsā€™ (collectively ā€œDefendantsā€) objection to Magistrate Judge Jared Bennettā€™s order granting Plaintiff Russell Greer an extension to respond to a number of motions filed by Defendants. For the following reasons, the court overrules the objection.

In sum, Defendants have not shown that the magistrate acted clearly erroneously or contrary to law in granting Mr. Greer an extension until August 5 to respond to the pending motions.

For the forgoing reasons, Defendantsā€™ objection to the magistrateā€™s decision is OVERRULED.

Reminder that the statement in question was that Turkey Tom just said that he wouldn't be surprised if null said Chris Tyson was being paid by Disney to transition. Not even defending Tom but he didn't even make a definitive statement and many people wouldnt be surprised if Null said that.
