The thread started by Null on the litigation fund was started on February 2, 2024 (https://kiwifarms.st/threads/litigation-fund.182131/) which means Hardin set it up in February. This is at the same time he registered the domain hardin.law with name cheap. The GoDaddy domain was registered well before this in September 9th, 2020.
lolcowfund.hardin.law is a subdomain of hardin.law which means it would have been under the jurisdiction of namecheap.com
