All Josh has to do is remove the content and personally apologize to Mr. Greer. It's really all he asked for. Greer didn't want to proverbially pants Josh in the court of law and make him look like a chump. Josh forced his hand. No one is forcing Josh to pay Hardin tens of thousands of dollars and using up the "war chest" he largely implied would be for going after Liz-Fong Jones.

If Josh truly believes he is up against all these rigged courts and biased judges he should release Hardin from this case and save himself some money. Nothing is stopping Josh from representing himself like Mr. Greer is.
