I looked into what exactly this user was talking about. It appears to be Josh talking about "penis inspection day" in regards to transgender athletes. Josh, for one reason or another, is oddly knowledgeable of this subject and explains what it means. Women suspected of being males will have his/her genitals inspected by a medical professional in order to truly determine the child's sex. Josh appears to support this idea given he provides zero pushback in his little explanation.

Missouri? A transgender sports ban was passed, but there is no mention of any genital inspection. The bill simply says that the child's sex on his or her birth certificated or another government record and ONLY if it was entered at the time or near the child's birth.
