I think this is a good move (unlike the Nigeria forums) but could you could try actually getting the posts into one single thread?
 
Why is Josh beefing about DMCA? Is someone busting his balls about this? He is partially correct. A lot of European countries including Serbia have loser pays as part of the civil court system. Under loser pays, if you sue someone and you lose, you have to pay the other person's legal fees though this provision is modified in the court system.

This is not a part of the US Court system like in Europe though the judge has the power to award legal fees when it comes to vexatious litigants.

The DMCA is a US law. It does not apply to Europeans, and especially not former Yugoslavs. YouTube is based in America, so they have to be DMCA-compliant. YouTube is a worldwide platform, and anyone who uses it is entitled to DMCA protections, even if they're not American.

I think most of what @Null is saying is absolutely true. The implementation is retarded and it's far too easy for a bad actor to squelch the speech of others by filing false DMCA claims.
 
His autism is so strong he takes Nick's comments as orders. Let's say it's true Nick is implying Josh should ban people on his behalf... Who cares? No one is forcing him to listen. Josh continues to press the issue because he is incredibly autistic.

Its already really bad in Youtube now. Some people will use copyright strike to deter their enemies(?).

What "bullshit" case he bought sex of a minor that looked way younger then she said she was. Josh will hunt the anime weirdos to the ends of the earth for drawings but when it's an actual perp with an acutal victim he loudly proclaims that they did nothing wrong.

This has really gotta sting Josh's ego. Even though all this shit has happened to Nick in recent months, the fact of the matter is that Nick is still very intelligent and articulate and can easily show just how deranged Josh is to thousands of people. Josh is playing with fire here and, apparently, is smart enough to run away, tail between his legs.

Exactly right.

Josh has repeatedly said, the Kiwi Farms is just a website people come to.
It isn't a collective. It isn't a hive mind. This is an excellent peg by Nick.

Remember, Josh also repeatedly insists upon his apathy, saying he doesn't care what other people think.
Hence, why he resorts to "we" here. Josh just can't admit that he is personally champing at the bit. Instead, he necessarily makes it seem like he has a Kiwi army behind him supporting his drama hungry proclivities.
