Lolcow Farm? I've lurked on there. You can easily tell that every last anon on there is male. They try way too hard to pretend they're women. It reads like a parody of /r9k/ - just swap out every foid with moid, every roastie with scrote, blah blah blah. I think the problem with gossip sites is that they inevitably become flooded with losers who think that if they can win over even just a few fellow ones online, their offline life will suddenly matter more because, damn it, look at all my stickers/updoots/likes/etc! I mean something!

Kiwi Farms has tons of competitors. The problem is that they refuse to admit that there's no real competition, it's just that they're the equivalent of the little kid who wants to impress his older brother's friends.

I've heard about that. Wouldn't be surprising. I suspect that place will likely fizzle out and die within the next few years - from what I read on there, the admin can't cope with the CP/gore spam. It's almost like pandering to a decadent, degenerate subculture doesn't work out or something.
 
Josh made his own bed with this site/The OnionFarms arc. most of us were banned for simply pissing off the wrong people. even the ones where the Feds got involved. just ban and act dumb when the same guy makes an account from the same IP with a 2 at the end of the same username.

Josh also banning power users like APC and the other regulars here also is a bad play, think about how few people start or constantly reply to threads. there's a reason every thread seems slow as fuck now. the impeachment trial one gets less posts in a day than the first one would get sometimes hourly. it feels like going on a sports forum during the start of playoffs vs the middle of the offseason

What's funny is that they think we're all Kiwi Farmers/ex-Kiwi Farmers. I've never even had a KF account, but apparently someone over there uses the same name, since about 2015.

You're right about how stagnant KF is, though - nowadays, unless you're in a thread on BP, there's pretty much nothing going on. Josh, I feel, is working up to just purging the site whole except BP in a last ditch Hail Mary to save KF from his own ineptitude.

it probably doesn't help how closed off everything is, our favorite lolcows dont have some new fuck up to pay attention to, even the happenings after 1/6 were pretty meh, June getting catfished was the biggest news break in the last 30 days. Ethan getting off didn't even get more than a handful of pages talking about it. during the sex tape arc there was a dozen new pages every hour for a month. i dont know if anyone can track activity but it seems like its been on a massive downturn

I think the problem is that 2016, Josh invited all the miggers over to the Farms in an attempt to cash in on the grifting everyone else was doing, but Zion Don's loss to Beijing Joe pretty much ruined everything for 'em, and now it's basically just beating what little remains of a dead horse from the glue factory.
