These threads cover general gossip and interacting with Kiwifarms (openly calling them out).
Jokes aside though, here’s the deal. Here’s my honest opinion.
I obviously do not like loli and I feel it’s pedophilic. Not “send to jail immediately” pedophilic but “I’m not comfortable being around you” pedophilic. Jack said it best, “pedo-lite”. You get off to the idea of children but not real children, just your weird fantasy definition. Back in my day we just avoided lolicons and they were shunned to their corner of the internet where we mutually agreed not to bother eachother. And I’m going to say something very controversial, the internet does not need to be cleaned up. The internet dosent need jannies. The internet is where you go to post whatever the fuck you want and if someone posts something you don’t like you just avoid them. And if they commit a real life crime you report them. Chat Control was a proposal by the EU to scan for CSAM and other content deemed illegal under EU regulations for social media. The Kids Online Safety Act got scrapped last year because the House GOP didn't supported it (Mike Johnson agreed with the spirit of the bill but he decided not to support it on the count that the proposed bill granted state AGs the power to police speech on the Internet and this includes political speech; Mike Johnson and the House GOP didn't liked this so KOSA died last year because of that).

Probably the most recent thing that happened on why we probably won't see age verification on a federal level for the rest of the Internet is the Trump administration heavily criticizing the UK Online Safety Act where the UK is using this new law to crack down on political dissent.
I get the feeling the only people that really pushing for age verification on the Internet for America are paid Russian shills (because Trump and Putin hate each other now), Chinese spies, and Indians that seek to destroy America's dominance on tech. We've already seen the damage caused by the UK Online Safety Act where the UK's tech industry has been damaged over this stupid law (with some UK tech firms really considering moving out of the UK and want move to America now because America is more business friendly unlike the UK) and I assume the people that really want age verification for the Internet in America only want this to destroy America's tech industry and let countries like China, Russia, Iran, and India take the lead.
