So looking more into the "subpoena" (and I put this in quotes because it's likely not going to go anywhere).

It seems Pxie's lawyers also subpoenaed Discord, Google, and Instagram to preserve said chats and to take down the revenge porn (this was earlier this month).

Although it may be pretty retarded on Pxie's part to subpoena an entire thread for several reasons. Much of the content that was posted there are mostly done by oldfags prior to the Keffals shitshow (a lot of those oldfag accounts haven't been logged in since 2020 to 2022 where Jersh had to lock down said accounts after a data breach), many of the active posters don't really seem to live in the states, and according to a now locked thread involving an unrelated FBI case from last year, Jersh acknowledges (if he's telling the truth) that due to Kiwi Farms' data retention policy (where he claims Kiwi Farms stores said private information for a short period of time) he was unable to provide the FBI the relevant IP addresses because Jersh retains that information for a short period of time so he couldn't give anything to the feds if he doesn't have it.

So if what Jersh is saying is true about how security practices are done on Kiwi Farms then the information that Pxie's lawyers are mostly going to receive are no IP addresses from really old (and now dead) Kiwi Farms accounts, throwaway emails that have no attachment to any real world identities (assuming most of the Kiwis are smart enough to do this), any IP addresses that are still logged are most likely from VPNs or Tor (should said active Kiwis practice good OPSEC), and probably log-in information. This is going to be mostly useless information to Pxie's lawyers (this is why I think Jersh called the subpoena being not clever). So out of the many hundreds of posters on that thread, I think only a very small handful of people from Kiwi Farms that are relevant to the lawsuit may be called to the stand should this lawsuit go further.

Honestly, I don't really see this case going further and it's most likely Destiny may come out of this unscathed much like DarksydePhil whenever DSP finds himself in a pickle. There's a very good chance this lawsuit may end up like the lawsuits done by Vic Mignogna and Karl Jobst when they tried it and their lawsuits got tossed out due to technicalities. I think this is what Destiny is depending on, that his lawyers find some technicalities that makes the court toss the lawsuit away.

Should the lawsuit go forward, there is also the high chance that Destiny may want to settle this out of court and give Pxie an undisclosed cash settlement and conditions that satisfies Pxie's legal team and the lawsuit ends just like that (which often happens with many civil cases).

If you ask me, Destiny will most likely come out of this unscathed, the lawsuit will either get tossed out over a technicality or settled out of court, and this will most likely be another case of nothing ever happens.

I will link you just one post where he responds on stream about the LFJ lawsuit against his friend Viny Zhen. Josh is quickly becoming one of the biggest financial scammers in this sphere. I will recap briefly what happened.

Note that even Josh doesn't know the number amount or details of the settlement between LFJ and Viny Zhen. Viny Zhen was bankrupted by lawsuits. So then where did this money come from to pay Liz Fong Jones in settlement? It came from Kiwi Farmers from the 160K warchest. Meaning that Josh Moon sent 100K to Viny Zhen, who then spent some portion of this amount before sending what was left to Liz Fong Jones. Meaning Josh Moon indirectly sent upwards of 100K to Liz Fong Jones. It could be 10K. It could be 100K. We simply do not know as they settled privately. But Kiwi Farmer paypigs should be mad that Josh indirectly transferred money into LFJ's bank account and got outsmarted by the tranny. Only Josh Moon could screw up so badly as to give his hated nemesis his userbase's money.

Like, do they think that children WON'T encounter sites like KiwiFarms in their travels? If KF was still an onion-only site, sure, but it's still on the clearnet. I feel like a lot of these faggots forgot what it was like to be kids/teens or they do still remember but they're playing dumb because it's "different". that "Kiwifarms is a pornsite" thread really didn't get as much traction as it should because it really is crazy how much porn is on kiwifarms, its mostly of the revenge variety, but any lolcow with an OF has that shit put on the site too, and unlike porn sites, none of it is age gated.

It took a fucking lawsuit to require you to have an account, which isn't much of an age gate either, at least pornhub required you to agree to being over 18. these fags are straight up going "its part of our culture" as an old school forum/imageboard but the second you try talking about anime or admiting to liking naked women suddenly you're accused of being a pedo.

It's really not. I'd say the forum could do better with a few new users but even then they eventually disappear because
  1. It really doesn't have anything to offer to keep them staying active.
  2. The current users that have been there forever keep chasing them away
Thread life in EDF usually goes like this:
  • Someone will make a new thread
  • shitposting commences from the usual suspects
  • Quence (I believe that was the name of one of the users there), who is known to be a flaming homosexual, will say something contrarian/dumb/gay
  • Everyone dogpiles on Quence
Repeat ad-nauseum. The time I spent there while the farms was down for the long period of time because of the whole LFJ/Keffels fiasco, I was either posting once/twice a day, making new site banners, or contributing toward the wiki itself. Otherwise it wasn't as "content rich" as KF to where there was a bajillion active topics to take part in and read.

It also doesn't help that the site will go down for days with no warning

The difference boils down to how much they stand out in the public spotlight. Lolcows are basically in the public spotlight for only a specific niche. Celebrities are in the public spotlight across the entire population.
