Josh gets antsy with the soyteens, banning several of them over allegations he is harboring someone who may be a minor which there is abundant evidence of. In an effort to not give the soyteens a win over him, Josh claims he is being accused of a crime (not true) and it doesn't matter if the user in question has admitted to being a minor on other websites. All that matters is the user signed a "legal agreement" to being 18 when registering an account. This isn't the first time Josh has used this concept of, "Sorry judge, I thought he/she was 18!" He's defended this notion around streamer Steven "Destiny" Bonnell and his registered sex offender friend Cody Wilson and his metrosexual jacket.
