Banning Red Flaming Panda is quite a shock. It is good to see more and more people waking up and seeing that Kiwifarms isn't "teh last bastion of free speech" it's users claim it is and that people get routinely banned for upsetting Josh when he's PMSing.

Josh gets antsy with the soyteens, banning several of them over allegations he is harboring someone who may be a minor which there is abundant evidence of. In an effort to not give the soyteens a win over him, Josh claims it doesn't matter if the user in question has admitted to being a minor on other websites. All that matters is the user signed a "legal agreement" to being 18 when registering an account. This isn't the first time Josh has used this concept of, "Sorry judge, I thought he/she was 18!" He's defended this notion around streamer Steven "Destiny" Bonnell and his registered sex offender friend Cody Wilson and his metrosexual jacket.

He also deleted all the pages talking about it, he's on full damage control now.

spatehicks was one of the last ones to get banned and this entire thing happened because shiwis wanted him banned

It looks like he is blackpilled over Kick.tv, who bans him regularly, not allowing him to get donations. Perhaps he can raise $150k and sue the banks? He can always settle with the banks and call it a win like he tried to do with the LFJ lawsuit.
