What does he think this is going to accomplish other than give a handful of employees more hours at work during a time that likely already comes with OT pay for them?
I think he's banking on Cogent overplaying their hand in retaliation and it opening up a potential lawsuit for him. Literally all they have to do is stay the course, which they almost certainly will.
Even the minute amount of financial cost that handling these complaints will cause is negligible. These giant companies hardly pay a fair amount of taxes after their shekelmen get done, so there's no reason to think they won't just write this expenditure off in the coming year.

Oh okay, I knew there was something that they did as a workaround, then again I don't spend time in religious circles or the circles within, so I dunno.

As far as the Internet is concerned, a lot of those guys just have nowhere else to go, many of them were around before Josh took the reins and turned it into his personal fiefdom. The new people, especially the ones who hope to become famous by trolling Chris, are absolutely insufferable compared to everyone else. And of course there's the ones who think shouting racial slurs is the height of comedy.

Yeah. I'm not even really that into star trek. I caught a few episodes but never got into it besides some of the cartoon parody. It's a good example because it has a lot of spergs and normal fans too because it's had a long time to grow.

I can't really talk about what I'm into here because I'm still active elsewhere and it would blow my cover, but I think Futurama did a good job lampooning the franchise.
