This isn't entirely accurate.
Obviously the incident in Minnesota has put both DHS and ICE under a lot of public scrutiny now but Obama (for the moment) still holds the record for the most number of illegal immigrants deported under him in total.
Trump is playing catch up with beating Obama's record with his more aggressive immigration policy, the only main difference between Trump and Obama is that Obama never used ICE as a public spectacle while Trump does.
You know how those American leftists (whether it's Hollywood celebrities or online leftists) threaten to leave America for Canada if Trump got elected into the White House but they never did?

After 2 minutes of looking into it I've learned the majority of gender affirming procedures for people under 18 is used to affirm the sex they were born with (ie correcting lagging puberty hormonally). Trans kids are a tiny minority of that branch of medicine. I am literally laughing at the concept of trooning out kids being a goldmine for big pharma.
