I'd say they're is a decent chance he will get paid in the future at least one of the two debts, don't the montain jews own land? Doesn't the schizo lady have college education?

I dont think thats a thing. Or at least, the money recoverable is only a small fraction of litigation costs.

Yes, it is a thing. If a lawsuit is discarded, they must pay the defendants cost. That's one of the basic tenants of law. Besides, I doubt these frivolous lawsuits would even make it to the courtroom. Jewsh is just making up excuses for not wanting to live in the US
