Yes. Scammers like Josh are allowed to operate with 0 consequences. Nobody of this ilk ever begins to even start having the feds go after them until they have fucked over really powerful and rich people like bankers, CEO's, or Congressmen. If you scam the common man, you are allowed to operate freely forever. Think about all the influencers running obvious cryptocurrency rugpull scams. None of them are ever charged or prosecuted. Their reputations are still good and they still have huge fanbases. If you are someone like Sam Bankman-Fried, who defrauded customers of billions of dollars, then yes, the government will eventually go after you. But if you're little Jewsh running his blackmail gossip website, then you're not worth their time. You are allowed to run as many financial scams as you want with 0 consequences.

Problem is most people going after him are just as retarded and broke as he is and usually don't have grounds for a lawsuit. Even if they did he hides his location to not be served papers so they would have to know what to do in that situation to get around this. There are a few options but no one is going through the trouble because it's not worth it. They wouldn't get much, if any money out of it. So no return on the "investment" even if they win.
