This case doesn't involve Kiwifarms whatsoever and beating this case doesn't help Kiwifarms at all. Kiwifarms won't be a better or safer place should his $400,000 judgement be overturned.

Reminder that the website Josh created for the litigation fund has been down since July 2024. That's over half a year! Any updates in regards to money used from this fund should be posted in an easy to find place and documented on the fund's website. Why it's taking so long for Josh to bring the website back up is anyone's best guess. Surely he can't be "too busy" to get it back up an running given all his time and money spent traveling as well as buying a camera and taking pictures he's too afraid to even share with his users.

I guessed WV in the past. But some said Florida and I think this is correct. Now he said he lives in a swamp in the middle of nowhere. Also Florida is one of the top states for nonprofits. So where did he put down roots? I am guessing it is probably not too far from Alligator Alley (a stretch of I-75) that runs from Naples in Collier County to Fort Lauderdale in Broward County. Another possibility is Monroe County. This is the county that covers the Florida Keys. But there is also a large part of the county on the west coast that is quite isolated.

I've figured out a design for the Onionpedia if you want to do a WordPress Knowledgebase on Josh. And yes there are WordPress plugins that allow for multiple users. The page builder I am using is an WordPress plugin known as Beaver Builder. It's a learning curve to learn how to use it but its functionality can go beyond anything you could accomplish with MediaWiki. WordPress was primarily designed for blogs but it can be configured to be very wiki like.

I am using the free version of Beaver Builder. Even the professional version of Beaver Builder would not be very expensive because the Onionpedia will be on one site (https://kennetherwinengelhardt.com/). But one is all you need if you are familiar with WordPress. And yes, we can have more than one subject to do a WordPress Knowledge Base on. In fact if you want a whole lolcow wiki, we can do that as well. I think this would be a great long-term project to build up the Onionfarms community. Just throwing it out here.
