toast & jam with banana & honey good toasted, sometimes add peanut butter.. i like to also make sausage in the morning mixing it in with scrambled eggs cut into chunks

Today I learned that bland homemade beef and noodles can be beefed (lol) up with a little Worcestershire sauce.

Like you don't think two quick dashes does anything to a big ass pot of broth and roux, but it ended up helping without making things too salty or overpowering the meat and veggies.
