What are you eating?

Today I learned that bland homemade beef and noodles can be beefed (lol) up with a little Worcestershire sauce.

Like you don't think two quick dashes does anything to a big ass pot of broth and roux, but it ended up helping without making things too salty or overpowering the meat and veggies.

A little red wine goes a long way to perking up beef
