To be fair, if Israel stopped the jihadists won't. Jihadists only call for a ceasefire when they want a break to plan another attack. Palestine and Gaza shouldn't even exist because every other county in the middle east is a Muslim theocracy except 2. There are exactly 2 countries in the middle east not conquered by Islam yet so if they want to live somewhere just go to one of them. Let them have at least one tiny county. Israel is permitting aid but they pretty much did to Gaza what General Sherman did on his March to the Sea during the Civil war. It sucks but what do you do with a group like Hamas?
