It was almost certainly a male to female voice changer, you could tell when the audio glitches and sounds a little robotic. Troons use it a lot but they don't fully cover up the male parts of your voice. I could still hear some Josh in there myself, so again, if this was supposed to be lidl this makes me think they're the same user.
My favorite part is when the audio breaks and you can hear it go slightly robotic and hear Josh's voice crack through a lidl bit. Troon confirmed.
