A telling example I found on Kiwi Farms was someone tried to make a thread on a gay furry tranny juggalo diaper fetishist. Sounds like Kiwi Farms bait, right? But this was years ago, and the juggalo in question did nothing particularly retarded beside their bizarre lifestyle choices. So the Kiwi Farms of years back just shrugged and said "yeah this guy is weird" and moved on and his thread died after a few pages.

There's other people on my mind who's names I forget right now but most of the notable cases of lolcow fetishists committing crimes are mostly from what I like to call the Golden Age of Lolcows (when people like Chris-Chan were being discovered).
The fetish communities that you see today have long learned their lessons by learning from the mistakes of their predecessors and learn to hide their power levels. There hasn't been a degenerate gamer like Nick Bate since then and there hasn't been a furry like Kero since then.
The anime community has its lolcows too but the anime community learned from their mistakes and have long since moved on from their infamous individuals.
The fetishist lolcows are largely in the past and we will likely never see another Golden Age of Lolcows in our lifetimes ever again, never ever. There will likely never be lolcows like Chris-Chan, Nick Bate, or Kero the Wolf ever again as these are once in a lifetime lolcows that are lighting in a bottle and no one currently alive on the planet will ever able to replicate them. We will only see lolcows like these again with different names but only long after we're dead and the generations that are alive after us will experience their own once in a lifetime lolcows like the ones we've experienced.
