Pay attention to the large building in the background of "Null's" photo it is a tower attached to a shopping complex and appears to contain a nightclub according to google.

overhead view showing the location is just East of United Nations square if you want to check it out. The camera I used is just north of the pink hotel pin that says "Berd's top rated" and the tower is represented by the red arrow that says hype which is a nightclub in the tower.

So what do we know? Josh can see both of these buildings from his apartment.

This is more than enough to figure out where the apartment is, with enough autistic searching. It’ll be difficult to narrow down, due to the cookie cutter nature of Belgrade’s city blocks, but the characteristic yellow on only the top of the buildings is a good indicator.

I already found it, it's Chisinau Moldova. I highly suspect now that this was just a pic Null was either sent or found off somewhere that isn't liekly to be picked up by google like some Russian forum or something.
